For almost three decades, the author, photographer and filmmaker Frank Dornberger has been dealing with the world above and below the water surface in the media. Even while he was studying journalism and communication sciences, he worked as a freelance author for public broadcasters.

A number of his documentaries and image films dealt with the underwater world. He traveled the blue planet for various film and television productions, but also for well-known advertising film agencies. In the field of diving, the industry leaders Mares and SSI have him produce their image, advertising, training and product films.
As a permanent employee, he also writes and photographs a wide variety of reports for various travel and sports magazines.

But Frank Dornberger is also interested in passing on his knowledge and experience. He has been training cameramen in UW camera courses for over ten years. In addition, the diving instructor also gives courses for beginners and interested parties as well as advanced videographers.
Last but not least, Frank Dornberger always looks forward to photo and video shoots with the youngest divers. Whether in baby swimming courses or in one-on-one shoots: the enthusiasm for the underwater world is captured with the professional camera equipment that has been continuously developed over the years.
